Hong Kong star Pakho Chau, 38, has been in-demand ever since finishing 13th in the second season of Call Me By Fire, last year.
The singer-actor was recently booked to perform at a wedding held at Shenzhen’s Shangri-La Hotel. His fees for singing two song were said to be a whopping 700K yuan (S$130K).
In a video of the wedding, Pakho, dressed in a handsome black suit, was seen interacting with guests as he performed his hits ‘My Vow’ and ‘The Best’.
Needless to say, the wedding guests were giddy with delight.
It’s been said that the bride is a fan of Pakho, which also explains why the couple were willing to pay for the singer to be at their wedding.
Netizens are now saying that the money they spent was “super worth it”.
Chinese star Bob Lam was also the wedding emcee for the night, and he was reportedly paid “at least a six-figure sum”.
