It may not be her best wefie, but we think the 53-year-old star still looks beautiful.
Since her showbiz debut in 1993, Hong Kong actress-singer Karen Mok, 53, has been one of Asia’s most striking beauties.
However, a recent picture the star took with Zeng Zhaoyi, daughter of billionaire businessman Zeng Wenhao, at an event seeks to destroy her legacy, with some netizens even saying she looks like her character Sister Turkey from the 1996 Stephen Chow comedy film, The God of Cookery.
In case you need some refreshing on how Sister Turkey looks, here it is:

Some further tore the picture apart, commenting that time has not been kind to Karen and the bad lighting and angle have made her flaws more evident.
Can these netizens be any meaner?
Let’s be honest, we’ve all taken bad pictures and shouldn’t be judged on one pic alone.
And Karen’s indifference to all the negative press — she’s confident enough to let the tagged picture stay on social media — just makes her even cooler.
We also think Karen responded in her own way, posting black and white pictures from the same night, most notably with Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh and fashion designer Vivienne Tam, looking fresh and glamourous.

Earlier this year, Karen was also criticised for looking “unrecognisable” in a photo though netizens also blamed the harsh lighting for the less-than-perfect picture.
