Have you ever been accused of being unfriendly simply because you had a blank expression on your face? We hate to break it to you, but you might have a RBF, or resting bitch face.
We think that’s the case for Hong Kong veteran actress, Maggie Cheung Ho Yee, 54.
Maggie was recently in Hangzhou to promote her upcoming Lunar New Year film, Rob N Roll, alongside the show’s leading men Aaron Kwok and Gordon Lam.
As expected, the star-studded cast attracted a great turnout at the film’s press event.
One netizen was lucky enough to catch Aaron and Maggie outside the event venue, and would later share clips of them online.
“This is my first time seeing Maggie in person, and she looks exactly like she did in War and Beauty (2004). She hasn’t changed one bit!” gushed said netizen.
The actress, who looked cool in her blonde pixie haircut, was seen walking towards the event space with an even cooler look on her face.
And some netizens weren’t having it at all.

“I like Maggie’s face, but I hate it when she has such a grumpy expression,” complained one netizen.
Another wrote: “Who does she think she is? She looks so stuck up, as though we should worship her at her feet.”

Many of Maggie’s fans have since spoken up in her defense, claiming that she has always been super friendly during their encounters.
“She laughed and responded in a very friendly manner when I said hi to her. She even gave me a piece of chocolate,” recounted one netizen.
Various clips of Maggie have also proven that the actress was nothing but pleasant during the event. She also smiled at fans who were taking videos of her.
Another netizen wrote: “It’s so hard being a celeb. She’s not smiling, but that doesn’t mean that she’s being grumpy or stuck-up.”
