Three children among four killed in Hanoi house fire
HANOI: At least four people, including three children, died after a fire engulfed a six-storey house here on Sunday (June 16) evening, local media reported.
The fire broke out at about 6.22pm (1122 GMT) on the fourth storey of the house on Dinh Cong Ha Street in Hoang Mai District, Vietnam News Agency reported.
The flames spread to other floors within minutes, VnExpress reported.
The case is now under investigation.
Vietnam has reported 1,989 fires and explosions in the first five months this year, killing 36 people and injuring 37 others, according to the General Statistics Office. – Xinhua
