Liu Yifei Body Shamed After Appearing In Swimsuit For New Drama

Liu Yifei is undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous stars of our generation, but once in a while, haters will still manage to find something to pick on.

A scene of Yifei in her new drama The Tale of Rose has made her the target of body-shaming trolls again.

The scene called for a swimsuit-clad Yifei to get out from a pool and dry herself with a towel.

For some reason, netizens, who we assume have perfect bodies, picked on Yifei’s thighs, saying they looked “thicker” than what they would expect from a female celebrity.

“She looks like she doesn’t work out at the gym at all,” wrote another netizen.

Thankfully, there were also reasonable netizens who stood up for Yifei, arguing that that’s the body a normal person should have.

Those netizens also praised Yifei for looking healthy, and how that is the real sign of beauty.
