Chinese Actress Tang Yan, 40, Held Her Own Against Supermodels On The Runway At Paris Fashion Week

Chinese actress Tang Yan is going places.

Also known as Tiffany Tang, the 40-year-old saw her popularity soar after starring in 2023 period drama Blossoms Shanghai.

She was recently invited to walk at Paris Fashion Week where she made her runway debut.

Earlier this week, she walked the L’Oréal Paris’ annual “Walk Your Worth” fashion show.

Dressed in a gold sequined Fendi couture gown and cloak, Tang Yan looked like a pro as she strutted down the runway, even playfully winking at the camera.

Her catwalk moment soon became a trending topic, with many praising Tang Yan for looking stunning and holding her own alongside supermodels and fashion icons.

There were also some who remarked that Tang Yan’s strut made her look more like a beauty pageant contestant than a model, and, well, we can’t say we disagree, especially the part where she blew a kiss and waved at the audience.

“All I can think of is ‘Miss World Tang Yan’,” commented one user, while another said: “This walk has such a ‘Miss Universe’ vibe to it — I’m half-expecting her to suddenly say, ‘China!'”
