Chinese Aunties Seen Using Bare Hands To Scoop Cake Off Buffet Table Into Plastic Bags

While none of us are beneath tapow-ing from a buffet, we think there is still some decorum, right?

In a video that has been seen more than 1.2 million times, some diners at what looked like a celebratory buffet were caught red handed – literally – grabbing from a long table of cake with their bare hands.

Forget takeaway boxes, a couple were seen just scooping a copious amount of pastry into plastic bags as if there wouldn’t be enough.

Is that even still edible?

It is unclear what was the event for though based on the chaos, we won’t be surprised if someone told us they were trying to break some sort of world record.

World’s fastest cake hoarders, perhaps?

Netizens were turned off and quickly expressed their disgust in the comments.

“Are they preparing for the next lockdown?” read a comment while another asked, “Can you imagine them asking their kids if they want some cake when they reach home?”

One even gave us a visual writing, “I think that auntie rushed in from the toilet and probably didn’t wash her hands so she could grab as much as possible”.

Umm… We will kindly pass on that slice, or cake for a long time after this, thankyouverymuch.

While some have come out to decry Chinese nationals for being embarrassing, some have come out to defend the racist comments.
