TVB actress Katy Kung expresses wish to find love in Malaysia

Hong Kong actress Katy Kung has expressed her desire to find love in Malaysia.

In a recent interview with local Chinese media, Kung, who was in Kuala Lumpur for work, shared her dream of becoming a “Malaysian daughter-in-law”.

The 35-year-old mentioned that she often asks fellow actress Priscilla Wong, who frequents Malaysia, to introduce her to potential suitors in the country someday.

“She has many friends here. When the time comes, I hope to marry in Malaysia,” she said, as quoted by China Press.

While Kung has yet to meet the right person, she remains optimistic, trusting that fate will guide her in the right direction.

The TVB star revealed that she had once planned to get married by the age of 25. After reaching that milestone, however, she adjusted her goal to tying the knot by 30.

“Now that I’m 35, I feel content with where I am. I’m not as homebound as before, so I meet a lot of different people.

“I’ll be sure to let everyone know if I get married, but that’s not my priority right now,” she said.

Kung shared that many friends have tried introducing her to potential suitors, but she’s in no rush to settle down.

The actress also revealed her criteria for a potential partner, adding: “What’s most important is being comfortable with each other and spending enough time to know each other.”
