Taiwanese Actress Says Chen Bolin, Joseph Chang, Mike He & Other Celebs Once Pursued Her “But They All Failed”

Taiwanese Actress Says Chen Bolin, Joseph Chang, Mike He & Other Celebs Once Pursued Her “But They All Failed”

Actress-model Andrea Chen revealed all this because she was accused of being a third-party in a married man’s relationship.

Taiwanese model-actress Andrea Chen, 38, who was recently labelled a homewrecker by the media, has spoken up about the accusation, lashing out at what she says were false narratives that “couldn’t be further from the truth”.

An angry Andrea condemned the media’s “perverted actions”, and publicly named male celebs who she claimed had fancied her in the past.

She first revealed that actors Joseph Chang, 41, and Chen Bolin, 42, once pursued her but “did not succeed”.

On Dec 15, she further name-dropped actors Calvin Chen, 45, Mike He, 41, Dylan Kuo, 48, and director Chu Yu-ning, 55, as having also wooed her, but claimed they “all failed”.

All this was all in a bid to prove that while she was popular among the guys, she never entertained their advances. She said the truth was the “exact opposite” as what was reported, and if the celebs she mentioned were asked about it, “as men, they wouldn’t deny what they did”.

Andrea stressed that these incidents happened many years ago, before the aforementioned male celebs were married. She referred to them as “outstanding individuals”, adding that she only wishes them the best. She asserted that the events that occured in the past should not have been distorted into negative narratives.

She criticised Taiwanese media outlets for “dramatising” events in her real life, saying such reporting deviated from the facts. She also said she had previously chosen to stay low-key due to her “modest personality”, but is unable to accept that she is now being portrayed as a mistress.

She then revealed that in recent years, she’s had friends around her take their own lives due to relationship troubles. She became particularly sensitive to such topics after she saw the emotional turmoil they went through. As such, she is unable to tolerate false claims of her having a “troubled love life”.

She issued a stern warning to the media to stop “illegally stalking, secretly photographing, and publishing false information” about her, adding that she would report such actions under Taiwan’s anti-stalking act and defamation laws, and that she would leave everything to be handled according to the law.

She later made another Facebook post, where she revealed that “the police have arrived” and posted photos of the cops with her.

“Media and Guo Yongfu, you are all finished,” she wrote, referring to tycoon Guo Yongfu.

“The police have already said that you are the ones engaging in criminal harassment and defamation. The police said that in this entire matter, [I] am the victim, and the other parties have all broken the law.”

In October, Andrea sparked controversy after sharing a group photo from a dinner gathering organised by Yongfu. At the dinner, an attendee — a married man — was mistakenly assumed by the public to be Andrea’s suitor. The man later requested that Andrea delete the photo, but she refused, triggering widespread rumours about her being a “mistress”.

The dinner was meant to be a private, closed-door gathering. However, dispute arose after Andrea publicly shared photos from the night.

She posted photos of the police, hinting that she has already made a report about the matter
