MACC looking for duo over foreign worker issue
PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is looking for two people to assist in the probe over a project involving the registration as well as the intake and biometric information storage of foreign workers.
The MACC said various efforts have been made to contact the duo, including through their lawyers, but they have not presented themselves at the MACC office.
They are Muhammad Adlan Berhan, 48, whose last known address is Lot 65, Sunway Kiara Hills, Jalan 32/70A Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur; and Mansoor Saat, 69, whose address is 5, Jalan SS19/1C Subang Jaya, Selangor.
“From MACC’s checks with the Immigration Department, both suspects left Malaysia on May 17 and May 21 this year and there is no record of them returning,” said the MACC in a statement on Monday (Aug 7).
The MACC urges those with information on the two to contact investigating officer Nur Muhammad Amin Jamaluddin at 03-8870 0799/016-432 2699 or email to [email protected].
