All Eyes Were On Donnie Yen And His Beautiful 19-Year-Old Daughter As They Opened Debutante Ball With A Waltz
Who would have thought that the 60-year-old Hong Kong actor could turn up the world’s most exclusive ball like that.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Jasmine Yen, the 19-year-old daughter of martial arts superstar Donnie Yen and former model Cissy Wang, would be one of 20 chosen young ladies to “debut” at this year’s Le Bal des Débutantes.
For the Yens, it was also a family affair as Donnie’s 16-year-old son, James, turned up as Jasmine’s cavalier.
But apart from the famous faces in attendance, we think the Ip Man actor and Jasmine, who was dressed in a white and shiny G Hobeika haute couture gown, stole the show with their eye-catching waltz at the opening of the ball.
Wait, are we watching a Disney princess movie here?
That is not all. Jasmine, who is an aspiring singer, also sang at the event, winning praise for her performance.
The Le Bal was also attended by a very dashing Ethan Zhang, who is the 22-year-old son of legendary director Zhang Yimou.
Ethan was the escort for American model, Louisa Dub.
Previous editions of the ball included Shum Yuet, daughter of ‘90s actress, Chingmy Yau, and Jane Li, daughter of another action superstar, Jet Li.
Emily in Paris actress, Lily Collins, aka the daughter of Phil Collins, also made her society debut at the ball.
