Age-Defying Aaron Kwok, 59, Says He Sleeps At 6am Every Day & Only Eats 1 Meal A Day

Aaron Kwok is one of those stars who prove that age is just a number.

The Heavenly King, who turns 60 this year, has always been in great shape and looks incredibly good for his age.

If you think he keeps to a healthy diet and lifestyle, you’re in for a surprise.

Aaron recently participated in singing show Infinity and Beyond: Greater Bay Area Season and a video of him sharing his lifestyle habits with Chinese singer Li Hao during rehearsals has been making the rounds online.

Aaron is more than just a night owl. He goes to bed at 6am (yes, really) and wakes up at around 1pm.

His diet is equally shocking.

He doesn’t eat anything during the day and only has one meal (gasp), which is bread, when he gets up.

The reason? He gains weight easily.

Turns out, Aaron struggled with his weight during his early career in Taiwan in the ‘90s.

“I was very fat. After you’ve been fat, you will not allow yourself to be fat again,” he said.

As clips of Aaron’s diet routine went viral, he quickly took to Weibo to warn fans: “There’s no secret! I just gain weight easily, so one meal a day works for me. But please, don’t follow my example.”
