Suhakam calls for formation of dedicated anti-bullying portal
KUALA LUMPUR: A dedicated anti-bullying portal should be established to allow more efficient handling of reported bullying cases, says the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) and child rights advocates.
