Jimmy Lin And Son Show Why The Mushroom Haircut Will Last For Generations

Recently, Taiwanese ’90s teen idol Jimmy Lin treated his followers to a #throwback pic of himself.

“35 years ago and now. Time sure flies!” the 45-year-old star wrote.

Netizens immediately noticed a striking resemblance between Jimmy and his eldest son, Kimi, with many commenting that “Jimmy’s childhood hairstyle had been passed down” to his mini-me.

Chinese journos even dug out a childhood pic of Jimmy with his two brothers and father, further proving that the Lin family’s “mushroom hairstyle has been passed on for generations.

“This really should be our family’s tradition!” Jimmy replied to one of the comments.

Kimi first rose to fame after participating with Jimmy in Chinese reality series Where Are We Going, Dad? in 2013. But after leaving the show, Jimmy expressed his wish to give his son a normal life by keeping him away from the limelight and he now rarely uploads pic of Kimi.

Besides Kimi, Jimmy and his wife, Taiwanese model Kelly Chen, also have three-year-old twin boys, Jenson and Kyson.
