Alyssa Chia’s Boyfriend Cheated On Her with Best Friend

Happily married to actor Hsiu Chieh-kai (修杰楷) and a mother to three beautiful daughters, 41-year-old Alyssa Chia (賈靜雯) had went through hell and back in order to unlock happiness. As she opened up to Chinese MC Chen Luyu (陳魯豫) about a terrifying childhood encounter, she also shared another horrifying experience where she was betrayed by two of the people she loved the most. 

Talking with Chen Luyu on A Date with Luyu <魯豫有約一日>, Alyssa shared that one of her ex-boyfriends had cheated on her with her best friend. They had hid the secret from her for some time. When Alyssa discovered her boyfriend’s infidelity and confronted her friend about it, her friend continued to lie to her, pretending that she had no idea. Her friend even tried to console Alyssa over the phone, telling Alyssa that she would be available for her if she needed to talk to someone.

Alyssa’s ex eventually admitted to the infidelity, and told her that he fell in love with her friend overtime. Alyssa broke up with him and completely ended her friendship with the friend. To this day, Alyssa’s ex-boyfriend and friend are still together.
