“I’ve Been Blocking People Since 2012”: Yuna Explains Why She Doesn’t Have 1Mil Followers

Yunalis Zarai, or better known as Yuna, is one of the Malaysian born artistic figures that have managed to bring glory and fame to our nation’s name.

However, to some people, that doesn’t really matter. What is visible to them are the flaws and appearance of an individual.

As we are all aware, Yuna is currently residing in Los Angeles with her hubby Adam Sinclair. Recently, she posted on her Instagram account, a tribute video to one of the first furniture ever in her LA home dating back 10 years, her piano. The video gave goosebumps to those who watched, especially musicians. It was supposed to be an emotional video, until a douche ruined it.

Amongst the empathetic comments, a netizen known as Shafiq (@shah_shafiq4855) decided to be that one holier than thou netizen. He sarcastically commented “There’s a hole in your nose now,” pointing out the brand new septum piercing the 35-year-old singer-songwriter is sporting. Facial piercings and body modifications aren’t really something odd anymore these days.

Yuna has since deleted and blocked the account, and we totally get why. She posted on her Instagram story a screenshot of the comment and added, “Sunday mornings are for cleaning, decluttering and blocking idiot comments (and those who gave likes to it) like this.”

She also stated that the reason why she hasn’t got a million followers is because she has been blocking negative comments and accounts like that for the past decade, since 2012! It’s good to know that this sassy singer doesn’t give two hoots towards idiotic comments – especially internet trolls.
