Chris Pine Supports His Dad Robert Pine at Premiere of His New Series ‘Five Days at Memorial’

Did you know that Chris Pine‘s dad is also an accomplished actor?

The 41-year-old actor stepped out to support his dad Robert Pine at the premiere of his new Apple TV+ series Five Days at Memorial on Monday night (August 8) at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles.

The upcoming series follows the doctors and nurses at the intensive care unit of a New Orleans’ hospital who struggled with treating patients during Hurricane Katrina when the facility was without power for 5 days.

Also starring in the series and in attendance at the premiere were Vera Farmiga (with husband Renn Hawkey), Adepero Oduye, Cherry Jones, Cornelius Smith Jr., Molly Hager, Julie Anne Emery, Sharron Matthews, Emma Forman, William Earl Brown, Sheri Fink, Michael Gaston, and Monica Wyche.

Co-creator Carlton Cuse, best known for creating Lost, also walked the carpet.

Five Days at Memorial premieres on Apple TV+ on August 12.
