H.E.R., Josh Groban, Rita Moreno & More Celebrate ‘Beauty & The Beast: A 30th Celebration’ Just Days Ahead Of The Premiere!

The stars of ABC’s Beauty And The Beast: A 30th Celebration are ready for the show!

H.E.R. and Josh Groban joined all their co-stars including Martin Short, Rita Moreno, Joshua Henry, David Alan Grier, Rizwan Manji, Jon Jon Briones and Leo Abelo Perry for the premiere held at the Carondelet House in Los Angeles on Tuessday (December 13) – just a few days ahead of the television special.

“I love when there are celebrations of work we’ve had for a long time,” Josh shared with ABC News about bringing the classic animated story to life. “We have a real reason with the 30th.”

He added, “I was 10 years old and I speak for everyone in the cast we’ve loved this since we were kids and we feel very excited to be part of this ambitious, fun celebration of something we all love and hopefully people watching will love it as well.”

H.E.R. added, “I think I’m staying true to who Belle was and I think I’m bringing it out more. She had such a strength and a bravery about her and I really want people to see that in this version.”

The Wonderful World of Disney and ABC presents Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration will air TONIGHT, Thursday, December 15, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
