Melissa Joan Hart Says She & Ryan Reynolds Had A ‘Little Thing’ For Each Other in the 90s

Melissa Joan Hart is opening up about the time in her life where she and Ryan Reynolds could’ve been an item.

The 46-year-old actress appeared on the Hey Dude … The 90s Called! podcast this week and talked about starring in the Sabrina The Teenage Witch movie with Ryan, where they both seemingly developed feelings for another.

Melissa revealed that during the 90s, she did date her Clarissa Explains It All co-star Corky Martin, who is also known as Chris William Martin, and also caught feelings for Ryan as well, saying they had a “little thing”.

“I worked with Ryan Reynolds on the ‘Sabrina’ movie. The first movie we did, Ryan was in it,” she shared. Ryan portrayed Seth in the 1996 movie.

This isn’t the first time Melissa has talked about her possible romantic connection to Ryan.

“I had a boyfriend at the time, but we were smitten and cute and he was adorable,” she shared with an Australian radio show back in 2017. “He was a really, really nice guy — probably would have been a great boyfriend — and I didn’t end up with the other guy. Maybe I should have taken a chance!”

Melissa added that while filming the movie, Ryan apparently bought her a Beluga watch.

“You get a piece of jewelry like that, you gotta make out with the guy!” she joked.
