Interpol’s help sought in tracing Muhyiddin’s son-in-law
KUALA LUMPUR: Graft busters plan to seek the help of Interpol in tracking down Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s son-in-law Adlan Berhan and another individual, who are abroad.
Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki said the two men are believed to be in a certain country.
“However, we cannot disclose which country it is,” he told reporters on Wednesday (Aug 9).
Azam said both men were believed to have fled the country after being placed on MACC’s wanted list.

“We tried to contact both individuals but were unsuccessful.
“We had to issue a statement (that we are) in search of both men after efforts to contact them to cooperate in an ongoing investigation failed.
“Both of them … were listed as wanted persons after they could not be reached,” he said.
On Monday (Aug 7), MACC urged Adlan and lawyer Mansoor Saat to come forward to assist in the probe of a government project involving the registration, recruitment and storage of foreign workers’ biometric data.
