Bruce Springsteen Postpones Two Upcoming Shows in Philadelphia
Sad news for fans hoping to see Bruce Springsteen in concert this weekend.
On Wednesday (August 16), the 73-year-old rocker announced that he was postponing his two upcoming shows in Philadelphia, Penn. amid his 2023 Springsteen E Street Band Tour.
“Due to Bruce Springsteen having been taken ill, his concerts with the E Street Ban at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on August 16 and 18 have been posted,” a statement on Bruce‘s Instagram read.
“We are working on rescheduling the dates, so please hold on to your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled shows,” the statement concluded.
As of right now, Bruce is still scheduled to perform at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. on Thursday, August 24.
Back in April, a huge star joined Bruce on stage in Barcelona!
We wish Bruce a speedy recovery.
