NewJeans’ Hanni Has Netizens Doing A Double-Take For Resembling Two Fellow K-Pop Idols

Two specific social media posts had fans double-checking the account name.

NewJeans made their comeback earlier this summer, releasing six new songs on their EP Get Up, which many fans still have on consistent repeat.

The NewJeans members are regularly updating fans on social media and keeping up with the latest trends.

When they’re not promoting their music, they’re often modeling for their multiple brand endorsements. Recently, NewJeans’ Hanni had netizens doing a double-take for resembling two fellow K-Pop stars in specific posts.

In April, NewJeans was named the newest “Muse” for the Korean jewelry brand STONEHENgE.

Recently, individual teaser videos of members Hanni and Minji were released, counting down to a new design called “Connection.” Three days remain until the new design is unveiled, so Hyein, Haerin, and Danielle‘s teasers will be released throughout the week.

In a tweet that currently has over 28,500 likes, a netizen pointed out that in her STONEHENgE video, Hanni briefly resembled the gorgeous TWICE member Jeongyeon.

Many netizens agreed, pointing out the resemblance, while some admitted they initially thought Hanni was Jeongyeon when they were scrolling past the Tweet.

In a separate post, Hanni again had netizens doing a double-take when they thought they spotted LE SSERAFIM‘s maknae Eunchae.

The NewJeans members recently filmed an adorable TikTok video for their song “ETA,” and in the opening frames of the video, netizens noted that Hanni resembled fellow 4th-gen idol Eunchae.

Netizens couldn’t get over the resemblance, and some hilariously admitted they checked the caption to verify whether or not the LE SSERAFIM maknae was in the video.
