Veteran TVB Actor Li Shing Cheong, 65, Says He Now Looks 20 Years Younger After Getting Rid Of His Eye Bags

She told the Hong Kong media HK01 that the first time she met him, she noticed that he had really bad eye bags. “I daringly told him that having such severe eye bags would affect your acting but he told me that he’s a man so that didn’t matter,” she said.
On the next show, they worked on, she said his eye bags situation got worse. She asked if he wanted to fix them and he told her there was no need to.
He would have the same response for their third and fourth project, but surprisingly, on the set of their fifth show together, Shing Cheong actually approached Strawberry for recommendations on how to get rid of his bags.
“And how great [the results are] after removing them! He looks 30 years younger!” Strawberry gushed.
“Not 30 years. I think about 20 years younger,” laughed Shin Cheong.
He said before going for the treatment, he consulted his wife who told him that such minor work is very common these days. “I also feel that aesthetic treatments are not just for women, men can do them too. As long as you don’t go overboard.”
He said work was another reason he decided to have aesthetic work done. “When I was younger, it took only two or three minutes to put on make-up, but now it takes half an hour,” he said.
He is very pleased with the results. “To look like me now, it took about eight to nine months of treatments, so I think it’s worth it,” he said.
Shing Cheong has been acting with TVB for over three decades and has starred in many classic TVB dramas including Heart of Greed and Rosy Business. He often acts as mean-spirited characters and more specifically, gambling addicts.
Maybe now he can play the debonair gent?
