$7.6K Diamond Miu Miu Panties Worn By Stars Like Yang Mi Trends In China
Italian luxury brand Miu Miu has been getting a lot of buzz in China lately, even topping a Weibo hot search list with… a pair of diamond-sequined panties that cost US$5,600 (S$7,660).
Stars such as (G)I-dle’s Minnie, Chinese actresses, Yang Mi and Zhao Jinmai have all been spotted in the much talked about piece for photoshoots.
Minnie wore it for the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Singapore August issue, while Miu Miu ambassador Jinmai shot a campaign for the brand wearing the glittery undergarment.
But not everyone is convinced owning a pair of sparkly underwear is worth the hype.
“The thickness makes it look like a diaper” and “We don’t understand this so-called fashion circle” were some of the comments floating around.
If you ask us, if you have $7.6K to shell out, by all means, go shine bright like a diamond. Knickers and all.
