Sulu case: Malaysia ends purported Sulu heirs’ claims on M’sian assets in France, says Azalina
PETALING JAYA: The self-proclaimed heirs to the Sulu Sultanate have withdrawn their claim on buildings owned by Malaysia in France, says Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.
The Minister in charge of law and institutional reforms said, in a statement Thursday (Nov 9), that this followed the successfull appeal by Putrajaya against the purported heirs claims at the Paris Court of Appeal on June 6, 2023.
