Mario Ho, Son Of Late Casino King Stanley Ho, Always Has Someone Pick Out Fish Bones For Him During Meals

Imagine this: Whenever you eat, there’s always someone there to help you pick out the bones.

That was exactly how 28-year-old Mario Ho was brought up. He is, of course, the son of late Casino King Stanley Ho.

So we can’t say we’re totally surprised by this revelation.

The topic first came about on Chinese reality show Study Trip of Love. Mario and his model wife, Ming Xi, 34, are part of the cast and one scene showed Mario picking out grape seeds before eating the grape. Another cast member saw Mario doing that and commented that it was the first time he saw someone pick at the fruit this way.

Mario casually explained: “There is a big difference in the experience of eating grapes when there are seeds”. He also insisted that he didn’t like the feeling of biting into seeds.

This led Ming Xi to jump in on the conversation. She let on that there would always be someone who would pick out fish bones for Mario since he was a kid.

“If he eats a small bone, he would spit out a mouthful of fish,” she said.

At this point, Mario could only give an embarrassed smile as Ming Xi also hilariously imitated how Mario would spit out the fish bones.

Now, if you think netizens would criticise Mario for being a spoiled brat, well, you’re wrong.

For some reason, netizens empathised with Mario. One commented: “Every time I encounter fish bones, I can’t help but  spit out the fish,” while another mused that “he didn’t expect to have something in common with Mario.”

Others also said they have given up eating fish as “I don’t know how to pick the bones out.”
