ATTRAKT Reportedly Sues Former FIFTY FIFTY Members For 130 Billion KRW

The label is also suing the members’ parents and The Givers.

ATTRAKT has reportedly sued the three former members of FIFTY FIFTY.

On December 19, ATTRAKT revealed that they had filed a lawsuit against former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran, their parents, as well as The Givers‘ Ahn Sung Il.

We filed a civil lawsuit against former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran for the unlawful termination of their contract as well as The Givers, Ahn Sung Il, Mr. Baek, and the parents of the former members who had conspired with them.

According to ATTRAKT, the label will be suing for hundreds of billions of KRW, and hinted that the amount may grow as the lawsuit unfolds. Korean news outlet Newsis reported that the label has sued for ₩130 billion KRW (about $99.7 million USD)

The amount we are seeking for damages is in the hundreds of billions of KRW, but there is a possibility that the amount will become greater throughout the lawsuit.
