Hong Kong movie legend Chow Yun Fat may be days away from turning 69 but that isn’t stopping him from staying active.

The avid marathon runner was spotted on Saturday (May 11) jogging around Victoria’s Peak with an unidentified woman, naturally garnering stares from passersby.

However, fans have expressed concern for Fat Gor’s health after pictures of him on his run showed what looked like ‘ball-like’ protrusions along his thighs.

Though there is no confirmation of the ailment, some netizens have an inkling as to what they might be.

Medical experts have said running itself does not directly cause varicose veins, instead it’s the heavy pounding of the legs on concrete and the lack of compression and support.

Others suspect that it could be something more serious like cysts or lipoma which have a chance of turning cancerous.
