Fan calls between K-Pop idols and their fans can lead to some pretty funny and endearing moments. They’re a great opportunity for idols to get to connect with those that care about and appreciate them, and some fans can get pretty creative with how they use their time during the call!

NCT‘s members have recently been the subject of a post on an online Korean forum discussing amusing moments caught during fan calls, but it’s what they were doing before and when the calls connected that has fans cracking up!

Jeno is the first member mentioned. He was seemingly spacing out while fidgeting with a pen before the call with his fan connected, and his moment of realization that the call had begun is definitely relatable.

It seems like Jeno has a habit of spacing out when he’s not actively interacting with someone or doing something, since this has happened with fan calls more than once and is adorable each time!

Meanwhile, Doyoung was once caught off-guard when a fan call connected as he was focusing on signing something, and his surprised reaction is priceless.

Jaemin has had a couple of funny moments caught during the beginning of a fan call, such as when he was in the middle of taking a sip of his drink…

And when he was connected to a fan in the middle of doodling, apparently very caught off-guard based on his reaction!

Taeil had an instance where he happened to be stretching just as the call with his fan connected.

And perhaps most hilariously of all, Ten once was captured in the middle of yawning when his call with a fan connected, which made him burst out laughing!
