The 31-year-old recently signed a contract with an entertainment company and has been bombarded with requests from brands who want her to endorse their products.
Fans of South Korean air pistol shooter Kim Yeji will soon be seeing even more of her in the months to come.
‘We will fully support Kim Yeji’s development on a bigger stage and help her get more exposure and opportunities at home and abroad,” read part of a statement released by PLFIL.
First order of business? A photoshoot with luxury brand Louis Vuitton this week.
At press time, PLFIL says they have received nearly 20 requests from brands who want Yeji in their advertisements.
Even an unnamed popular shooting game has put in their bid for Yeji’s appearance.
Television shows have also expressed interest in casting her for roles.
Not surprising since billionaire Elon Musk once suggested Yeji be cast in an action movie, with many agreeing and calling her “the female John Wick”.
However, the company has maintained that Yeji’s athletic career is her top priority and is already prepping for upcoming competitions.
Dubbed “the coolest person ever” by awe-struck netizens, the clip of her competing at the Paris Olympics has been viewed more than 37 million times.
Since returning from Paris, Yeji has also made the news for donating 5mil won (S$4.8K) to support the elderly who are living alone.
