IVE’s Yujin Seemingly Touched Without Consent — Fan Defends Herself As A Wonyoung Bias

IVE‘s Yujin reacted to a fan touching her without consent, but the fan defended herself by mentioning her real “bias.”

On March 20, IVE arrived at Incheon Airport ahead of overseas schedules.

Amid their departure, a post gained attention that saw Yujin touched without her consent.

In a video from the media outlet, it showed the full shot of the idol being touched and how she turned to look at the fan.

Photos were shared of Yujin’s reaction to being touched.

Yet, it was then shared that the fan tried to defend themselves, explaining that she has been able to get past security without issues.

I told my friend I was really lucky, because I didn’t get blocked and was able to walk right beside her. But I was well-behaved!

It was the same with Rosé’s bodyguard last time….they blocked off everyone but I just silently walked right in front of them. I thought I was screwed and would get blocked, but thankfully that didn’t happen.

They then expanded to say they had no intention of touching Yujin, bringing up her “bias” Wonyoung, even saying, “If I really wanted to grope, the security didn’t block me off, so why wouldn’t I grope Jang Wonyoung instead? Why would I grope someone I have no interest in?”

“What is wrong with this exactly?? People behind me just happened to push me when I was putting my hand down. I didn’t want to grope her at all, and she’s not my bias, not even one bit. Did you not see me adjust my phone to film Jang Wonyoung later on? If I really wanted to grope, the security didn’t block me off so why wouldn’t I grope Jang Wonyoung instead? Why would I grope someone I have no interest in?”

“Also, I was zooming in and out here. I found out using 5x zoom was too much, so I pressed 1x zoom instead. When I was putting my hand down afterwards, I got pushed by someone with a camera behind me. That’s why my hand touched her. If I really wanted to grope, Gaeul was right beside me, why wouldn’t I grope her?”

“Also, I had no idea I touched her until the broadcast. If I wanted to grope her, why didn’t I film it? Why did I film Jang Wonyoung instead during this important moment?”
