Police Swamped With Cases Related To Kim Soo Hyun And Kim Sae Ron’s Controversy

The police are currently investigating a total of ten lawsuits and accusations regarding the late Kim Sae Ron. They are also looking into actor Kim Soo Hyun, who is suspected of dating her when she was a minor.

On May 19, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced during a press conference that the Gangnam Police Station is investigating seven cases regarding Kim Sae Ron, while the Seodaemun Police Station is investigating three cases regarding Kim Sae Ron.

Kim Soo Hyun has filed a complaint and indictment for seven, while Kim Sae Ron’s side has filed three.

According to the police, the bereaved family filed a complaint against Kim Soo Hyun for violating the Child Welfare Act. The bereaved family sued Kim and released audio recordings with Garo Sero Institute.

However, Kim Soo Hyun filed a complaint against Garo Sero for stalking and defamation. They also claimed that the audio files were manipulated by AI.

Additionally, attorney Bu Ji Seok, the legal representative of the bereaved family, was reported to the National Human Rights Commission of Korea for providing incorrect legal advice.
