Woman Arrested For Attempting To Break Into BTS Jungkook’s Home

She was apprehended immediately.

On June 12, 2025, it was reported that a woman who allegedly attempted to break into the home of BTS‘s Jungkook has been apprehended by the police. According to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested on the spot for attempted trespassing.

The incident occurred around 11:20 PM on the night of June 11, 2025, when she reportedly tried to enter Jungkook’s residence in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. She was caught repeatedly pressing the door passcode when police, responding to a report from a concerned neighbor, arrived at the scene and detained her.

Jungkook, who enlisted in December 2023, recently completed his military service in the 5th Artillery Brigade and was discharged as a sergeant the very same day of the attempted break in, on June 11. Police are currently investigating the woman to determine the exact motive and details behind the attempted break-in.
