Ah Boys to Men 3 Actor Wesley Wong Marries Chinese Actress

Wesley Wong, 38, the son of veteran Hong Kong stars Angie Chiu and Melvin Wong, has tied the knot with his Chinese actress girlfriend, Tang Chang, 29.

During this year’s Qixi Festival in August, Wesley revealed that he and Tang Chang had already registered their marriage. At the time, the couple were both working on the crime-action film The Shadow’s Edge, and had to take a day away from work for their big day.

While announcing the news on Weibo, Wesley said he was grateful the production crew allowed him and Tang Chang to take a day off from their tight filming schedule to complete their marriage registration.

Wesley is perhaps best known to Singaporeans for playing the role of third sergeant Shek Hak Long in the 2015 Jack Neo film, Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen.

Tang Chang, on the other hand, is known for starring in the 2023 hit Chinese romance drama Blossoms Shanghai — the first television series directed and produced by Wong Kar Wai.

Though the couple has always been lowkey about their relationship, Chinese media have linked them together since 2023, with sources saying that Wesley stayed up late rehearsing lines with Tang Chang for Blossoms Shanghai.
