‘The Challenge’ Star Cara Maria Sorbello & ‘Big Brother’ Vet Rachel Reilly Are Teaming Up for a Holiday Rom-Com
Two reality television veterans will co-star in an upcoming meta rom-com together!
Fans of The Challenge and Big Brother will recognize the names Cara Maria Sorbello and Rachel Reilly, and the pair are switching to scripted storytelling for their next big project, reports Entertainment Weekly.
The outlet says that both Cara and Rachel will be playing “fictionalized versions of themselves in the upcoming film Mistletoe Mansion.”
Their characters are hosts of a fake reality show and they disagree on what direction the show should take when the bachelorette gets feelings for someone on the crew. Cara‘s character will be more “drama-seeking,” while Rachel is playing the more “romantically inclined” host.
Candice “Candy” Cain will write and direct the film, which starts filming in January.
