Song Hye Kyo and Jang Ki Yong Confirmed for “Now, We Are Breaking Up”

Song Hye Kyo has a busy year ahead as she is committed to filming two dramas. The 39-year-old was earlier cast for upcoming thriller drama The Glory, and was recently confirmed to star in romance drama Now, We are Breaking Up alongside Jang Ki Yong, Choi Hee Seo and Kim Joo Hun.

Revolving around relationships and breakups, Now, We are Breaking Up focuses on the story between a fashion designer (Song Hye Kyo) and a charming photographer (Jang Ki Yong).

It was reported that Song Hye Kyo previously turned down the role and the production team returned with the script to convince to accept the role. It did not take long for Song Hye Kyo to change her mind and agree to starring in the drama.

Fans are excited to see Song Hye Kyo return to the small screen in a romantic drama and to work with a strong production team that consists of director Lee Gil Bok, who previously worked on Dr. Romantic 2 and screenwriter Je In, who previously penned Misty.

Now, We Are Breaking Up is expected to premiere in October of this year.
