Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin’s First Impressions of Each Other

On New Year’s Day, Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin confirmed their relationship after they were photographed on a date. Initially a pair of good friends, the two consolidated their feelings for each other through their hit romance Crash Landing On You. But before their romance blossomed, the couple already had mutually favorable impressions since their collaboration on the 2018 film The Negotiation.

During a promotional event for The Negotiation, Ye Jin shared that her first impression of Hyun Bin was that his skin was very nice and smooth. Drawing envy, she also noted his hair also looked healthy and luscious.

Smiling shyly at her comment, Hyun Bin responded with praise towards Ye Jin. He expressed that his first thoughts of her was that she was a dedicated and conscientious actress. While he originally believed they would struggle to get along because of their sensitiveness, the actor later discovered that such concerns were unnecessary as she was very friendly and easygoing.

In addition, Hyun Bin also hinted his admiration for Ye Jin by revealing that she was the main reason why he accepted the offer to star in the film. Now fast forward three years later, it is fairly apparent that this budding sprout of interest has grown beautifully beyond their friendship and into love.
