Lewis Hamilton has sold his incredible New York City penthouse apartment for a whopping $49.5 million.
The 36-year-old Formula One race car driver bought the bachelor pad back in 2017 for $43.9 million, so he earned a big profit on the sale, according to the New York Post.
The penthouse has three floors and spans 8,900 square feet of indoor living space and 3,400 square feet of outdoor space. There are five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The apartment features a private internal elevator in addition to a staircase, a 20-foot great room, and a chef’s kitchen.
The outdoor space includes a private outdoor plunge pool. The building also has a 70-foot pool for all residents to use and there are two parking spaces available for the occupants.
