BTS Opens A New “Door” In Second Set Of “PROOF” Concept Photos

“Door” version is totally different than “Proof.”

BTS has officially released the second set of concept photos for their upcoming anthology album, PROOF. These “Door” version photos couldn’t be more different than “Proof.”

For “Proof” version, BTS embraced their “bulletproof” concept with a bullet-riddled door and cool, dark colors.

Their color scheme, accessories, and black, leather clothes call to mind BTS’s early work, including the concept photos for their 2014 album, Dark & Wild.

BTS’s new “Door” photos are a dramatic departure from that past style.

Each photo is as light and airy as the members’ pastel clothes…

…and simple accessories.

The set’s gauzy drapery matches some of the members’ semi-sheer outfits…

…and creates a dream-like atmosphere.

If the “Proof” version photos are an ode to BTS’s past, “Door” is an ode to their present and future.

Their mature style and light colors call to mind recent works…

…including “Dynamite.”
