Aespa’s Giselle Sparks Excitement Among Fans About Unexpected Friendship With EXO’s D.O.

Aespa‘s Giselle has inadvertently revealed that she may have an unexpected friendship with EXO‘s D.O., and fans are here for it.

The members of aespa have had MYs more entertained than ever with their shenanigans on Synk Road. Synk Road may be their first reality show, but it has already proven iconic in its chaos.

If there’s one thing that’s certainly been made clear, it’s that the members have a truly chaotic sibling bond! Yet, netizens’ attention was also drawn by another potential friendship, and that is one between Giselle and D.O.

In the past, Giselle made it known that she was a big fan of the EXO main vocalist. When he released his solo album, Empathy, she happily recommended it.

Fans noted that, at least until the end of 2021, Giselle still referred to D.O. as sunbaenim, the formal honorific.

But in a new clip from Synk Road that is gaining attention, Giselle no longer referred to him so formally. Instead, she referred used the much more familiar term oppa.
