Khloe Kardashian Explains Why She Feels ‘Bad’ for Exes Lamar Odom & Tristan Thompson
Khloe Kardashian is addressing her past relationships with Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom.
In the new episode of The Kardashians which was released on Hulu on Thursday (July 6), the 39-year-old reality star admitted that she still feels “bad” for her exes.
During the episode, Khloe consoled Kim Kardashian as she broke down in tears while discussing Kanye West‘s anti-Semitic controversy.
Khloe reassured Kim, 42, that none of the 46-year-old rapper’s actions or comments are in any way her “fault.”
“He had so many opportunities to retract what he said and he would double down all the time,” Khloe said. “What you did has nothing to do with what’s happening right now.”
Kim agreed, “People make their own choices and their own decisions.”
Khloe then explained that she still hasn’t fully let go of her guilt stemming from how her relationships with Tristan, 32, and Lamar, 43, played out.
“Every single day, I feel bad about Lamar. Every single day, I feel bad about Tristan not being on a team right now,” Khloe shared. “Lamar is forever gonna be remembered as a drug user, but these are his — these are Kanye’s things — but it doesn’t mean we don’t feel bad about it.”
She continued, “I’m not on your level and I’m not going through what you’re going through right now, but I can relate. It’s OK that you’re crying, it’s OK that you have feelings. You’re such a good person, and that’s why you feel like this and that’s why your heart is breaking for him.”
Khloe married Lamar in 2009 and they called it quits in 2013. She didn’t officially file for divorce until 2015 following his near-fatal drug overdose at a Las Vegas brothel. Their divorce was finalized in 2016.
Khloe started dating Tristan in 2016 and throughout their on-and-off relationship, Tristan often cheated on her.
Khloe recently addressed the possibility of getting back together with Tristan.
