PAS Youth announces new line-up, top three retain positions uncontested

ALOR SETAR: PAS’ youth wing has announced it’s new committee line-up on Friday (Sept 12).

The announcement was made after the conclusion of the youth wing election on Thursday (Sept 11) night.

The decision was announced by the chairman of party elections for the 71th Muktamar, Wan Rohimi Wan Daud.

The new youth working committee line-up for 2025 – 2027 are Rantau Abang assemblyman Mohd Fadhli Fahmi Zulkifli, Imran Ishak, Muhammad Syukri Alimarshidi, Dr Zulkifli Mohamad, Muhammad Nazrul Hakim Md Nazir, Sura assemblyman Dr Tengku Muhammad Fakhruddin Tengku Muhammad Fauzi, Muhd Khidir Izaidin, Muhammad Faizudin Mohd Zai, Yusuf Abdul Hafiz, Hendri Hamsah, Mohd Aizat Zakaria and Khairul Nadzir Helmi Azhar.

A total of 673 delegates were eligible to vote, with 635 casting their ballots, while 36 didn’t vote.

Alor Setar MP Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamudden, Manjoi assemblyman Mohd Hafez Sabri and Muhammad Hanif Kamaruddin retained their Youth chief, deputy Youth chief and vice-Youth chief posts uncontested in the wing’s polls.

Pasir Mas MP Ahmad Fadhli Shaari and Norazariza Ahmad Alawi, also retained their posts as permanent chairman and deputy chairman uncontested.
