KUALA PILAH: Six new faces were among 10 Negri Sembilan state executive councillors who were sworn in on Thursday (Aug 24) before Negri Sembilan Yang Dipertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir.
