Christine Fan Says She’s “Looking Forward” To Rainie Yang’s Song; Gets Slammed By Netizens

Three months ago, Taiwanese singer Christine Fan incurred the wrath of netizens when her manager told reporters that the singer had said she heard that there was trouble in her BFF Fish Leong’s marriage, which eventually turned out to be true. Netizens then lashed out at Christine, slamming her for being unnecessary” and having a “big mouth”. They would go on to criticise the singer for being a fake friend every time she showed support for a newly single Fish on social media.

Now Christine, 43, has come under fire again after leaving a comment on Rainie Yang’s Instagram two days ago (Nov 13).

Rainie’s recently went on IG to talk about her new single ‘Celebration Of Oneself’, which is a collaboration with Taiwanese singer-songwriter Cheer Chen. And Christine, trying to show support for her friend, commented on the post with a simple: “Looking forward and six heart emojis.

Her enthusiasm would’ve been warmly received … if not for the fact that the song has already been released.

Like clockwork, netizens called her out for being “fake”.

“The song has been released a long time ago, stop anticipating, and go and listen to it…” wrote one netizen. Have you not paid any tariffs for intelligence since the day you were born? criticised another.

Poor Christine has since deleted her comment.
