Malaysia Airlines Launched Ultimate Flexibility Due To COVID-19

Here is a piece of good news for all Malaysian Airlines passengers!

Malaysia Airlines has launched an ultimate flexibility ticket change policy. This policy offers unlimited, free changes to all new and existing bookings due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

In a statement released by Malaysia Airlines, this policy is to be effective immediately. All passengers of the airline are able to:

– Change their flight’s date (FREE OF CHARGE)

– Change their flight’s destination (FREE OF CHARGE)

– Book an earlier flight on the same with no extra charges implies

According to the New Straits Time, Malaysia Airlines stated that this policy is applicable to tickets issued on and before 31 March 2020. All re-bookings must be made on or before 31 May 2020 while passengers who wish to re-book return travel must be completed by 31 Dec 2020.

It also added that the rebooking must be carried out at the Malaysia Airlines Ticket Office or through its Global Contact Centre at 1-300-88-3000 (in Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia) as well as Malaysia Airlines’ appointed agents, according to Malaysia Airlines’ official website.
