Eliza Sam Has Plans for a Bigger Family

After giving birth to her son Jacob last year, Eliza Sam (岑麗香) returned to TVB to film Plan “B” <BB大晒> as her comeback drama. As a new mother, Eliza found a balance between her career and family life. Luckily, filming for the drama has wrapped up and Eliza can now look forward to spending more time with her family again.

In Plan “B”, Eliza and Kenneth Ma (馬國明) star as a married couple. Commenting on working with Kenneth for the first time, Eliza enjoyed the experience and interacting with the rest of the cast. “Although it was hard to film in the summer, I’m glad that we were able to quickly wrap up the drama. But I’m going to miss everyone!”

Asked if she had suspected Kenneth’s involvement with Roxanne Tong (湯洛雯) before his official announcement, Eliza admitted she had observed the closeness between couple, but it was not her nature to gossip. Happy for the couple, Eliza replied, “Leave it to him. I don’t talk about other people’s business, but I felt there was something. Of course, I did not ask about it! I think when people have happy news, I would wait for them to announce it.”

While she was filming Plan “B”, Eliza’s husband Joshua Ngo took a more active role in caring for their son, which gave her peace of mind to completely focus on work and meet the demanding filming schedule. She shared, “My husband is a Super Dad. He is able to do his own work, and give a lot of time to our son. In fact, I am very grateful to him.”

With Eliza’s good friend Leanne Li (李亞男) recently announcing that she is expecting her second child, Eliza admitted that she does have plans for a bigger family. She replied, “Let’s go with the flow, but I would want to in the future. If my son can stop using diapers first, my husband and I will feel more comfortable. We have a plan, but we don’t want to give ourselves any pressure.”
