August Alsina Sings About His Affair With Jada Pinkett Smith In New Single

August Alsina is putting his own spin on the term “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett Smith by releasing a brand new single, aptly titled “Entanglements”.

This comes following Jada’s viral episode of “Red Table Talk” with husband Will Smith. The singer’s song appears to shed light on the public fling between the two public figures.

“The definition of entanglement / It’s when you’re tangled in the sheets / Girl I know that we don’t call it a relationship / But you’re still f**kin’ with me,” August sings on the chorus. Besides telling his fling about his “darkest stories” and being “her little secret”, rapper Rick Ross adds, “Saddest part is I still love you, just to keep it simple.”

During the “Red Table Talk” session, Jada vehemently denied that Will gave them permission to engage in the “entanglement”. The actress did clarify that August wasn’t a home wrecker since she and Will were separated at the time.

However, in speaking with Vulture last week, the R&B singer stands by his original statement. “That’s all I can really say about that. All I have is my truth, and all I have is my truth to stand on it. I don’t have any reason to lie about anything,” August told the publication.
