Linda Chung Hasn’t Received Notice About “Forensic Heroes 5”

Given the success of the Forensic Heroes <法證先鋒> franchise, TVB hopes to continue with a fifth installment starring Pakho Chau (周柏豪). The station is said to also to bring back Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) and Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼), who starred in the first and second installments respectively.

As plans for Forensic Heroes 5 is still in its early stages, the official cast has yet to be announced. When Linda was asked about the making of Forensic Heroes 5, she responded, “I am currently in Vancouver. I haven’t heard any news about the drama yet!”

Since Linda missed her children very much while filming Kids’ Lives Matter <兒科醫生> last year, it may be a while again before she commits to a lengthy filming project. Wanting to focus more on her family, Linda has put her career to the side in hopes of raising her two children.

Stays Active on Social Media

Even so, Linda has still chosen to stay within the public eye through her own YouTube channel, which is filled with lifestyle updates and exercise routines. In a recent video, Linda reminisced about working 17 years in the industry and cried as she recalled all the dramas and stage performances she has participated in. “I get really emotional when I talk about this, because it is not easy being in the industry for so long. At the time, I was alone in Hong Kong with no family and relatives, so I am very happy to have fans supporting me.”

Still maintaining wonderful relationships with her fans, Linda has watched them grow up and enter the workforce. While speaking to her longtime fan Queenie, Linda was amazed, “I am already married and have children, so I haven’t returned back to Hong Kong in five years. It is crazy that [Queenie] is still here, because she should be following a new star now instead of me!”
