Jonah Hill Fires Back at Haters Saying He ‘Ruined Surfing’

Jonah Hill is clapping back.

On Tuesday (October 19), the 37-year-old Superbad actor and his environmental activist girlfriend Sarah Brady both took to social media to address people saying he “ruined surfing.”

Jonah first took to his Instagram Story to share a stick that someone posted, which read, “Jonah Hill Ruined Surfing.”

He then shared a message on his Story, writing, “I will never stop doing things that make me happy no matter how insecure my happiness makes you.”

Sarah also addressed the haters, sharing the same sticker on her Instagram Story, along with the message, “Only kooks do s–t like this.”

Sarah, who said she’s a member of the San Onofre Surfing Club, called out her fellow surfers, writing, “I know this ain’t it. Respect your beach by respecting others.”

“If you feel the need to rain on someone else’s parade, ask yourself why and consider getting yourself a life,” she added.

Sarah concluded her message by sending a message of support to Jonah.

“I love my man @jonahhill and am proud of him for getting into surfing for the pure joy it brings,” Sarah concluded.

Jonah has been spending a lot of time surfing amid the pandemic.

Jonah and Sarah‘s comments about his surfing comes several days after he asked people to “not comment” about his body.
