Ezra Miller Arrested in Hawaii After Karaoke Bar Incident, Police Explain What Happened

Ezra Miller was arrested in Hawaii over the weekend.

The 29-year-old actor, who plays the title character in the upcoming DC movie The Flash, was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a karaoke bar, according to local outlet Hawaii News Now.

The police have released a statement explaining what happened during the incident.

“On Sunday, March 27, at 11:30 p.m., South Hilo patrol officers responded to a report of disorderly patron at a bar on Silva Street,” the statement reads (via ComicBook.com).

The statement continued, “During the course of their investigation, police determined that the man, later identified as Ezra Miller, became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke. Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke (disorderly conduct offense) and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts (harassment offense). The bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times to no avail.”

Ezra was arrested and booked on two charges. He was released after paying $500 bail.

Back in 2020, a video went viral and it appeared to show Ezra choking a woman at a bar.
